CARNIVORE COLLECTIVE SMOKY BBQ SAUSAGE SEASONING

Smoky BBQ Description:

This sausage seasoning can also be used as a hamburger seasoning.

Best paired with: Beef, Pork and Venison

Size:

5kg Batch -45g per 1kg of meat

What you need:

  • 5kg Beef, Lamb, Pork and/or Venison (approximately 30% fat)
  • 100g Tomato Sauce (optional)
  • 500mL water, chilled
  • 1pk Carnivore Collective Smoky BBQ Sausage Mix

Method:

1. Mince meat with a fine to medium plate.
2. Combine spices and water with meat.
3. Mix thoroughly, kneading the meat until it is sticky.
4. Fill chosen casings.

Rice Flour, Salt, Capsicum, Coconut sugar, Onion, Garlic, Spices, Chilli, Soy Protein, Herbs. Gluten Free & Preservative Free.
