Lamb, Mint & Honey Description:
The time-honored combination of lamb and mint is made more appealing with the addition of honey. A mild, tasty sausage that the whole family will love. This sausage seasoning can also be used as a hamburger seasoning.

Size:
5kg Batch – 45g per 1kg of meat.
What You Need:
- 5kg Lamb (approximately 30% fat)
- 500ml water, chilled
- 150g Honey
- 1pk Carnivore Collective Mint & Honey Mix
Method:
1. Mince meat with a medium plate.
2. Combine spices, honey and water with meat.
3. Mix thoroughly, kneading the meat until it is sticky.
4. Fill chosen casings
Ingredients:
