CARNIVORE COLLECTIVE ITALIAN STYLE SAUSAGE SEASONING

Italian Style Description:

A blend of traditional Italian roast pork flavorings makes for a hearty gourmet sausage. Add some white wine for more flavor and complexity. This sausage seasoning can also be used as a hamburger seasoning.

Best paired with: Pork and Beef

Size:

5kg Batch – 45g per 1kg of meat.

What you need:

  • 5kg Pork (approximately 30% fat)
  • 250mL White Wine (Riesling or Pinot Grigio), chilled (optional: replace with water, if preferred)
  • 250mL water, chilled
  • 1pk Carnivore Collective Italian Style Sausage Mix

Method:

  1. Mincemeat with a medium plate.
  2. Combine spices, wine and water with meat.
  3. Mix thoroughly, kneading the meat until it is sticky.
  4. Fill chosen casings
